Questions About Your Pennsylvania Lottery VIP Players Club

Q: How do I update personal information that I submitted when I registered for the VIP Players Club?

A: Yes. Log in using your old email address and password. Then go to “My Profile” and change the email address where indicated. Click on “Save Changes” when you're finished.

Q: I typed my email address incorrectly and I'm not able to log in. What should I do?

A: If you can't remember the email address you used to register for the VIP Players Club, please contact the Pennsylvania Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to determine the correct email address. To make sure you receive the email, add email@pennsylvanialotteryemail.com to your address book or safe senders list to ensure our messages are delivered directly to your inbox.

Q: My password is not being accepted when I try to log in. What's wrong?

A: Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure you enter your password just as you did when registering for the VIP Players Club.
